Sunset Boulevard is Andrew Lloyd Webber's latest musical. It is based on Billy Wilder's classic 1950 film. "Sunset Boulevard" is the story of faded glory and unfulfilled ambition. Joe Gillis is a struggling Hollywood writer who, through dramatic circumstances, encounters Norma Desmond. Their passionate and volatile relationship leads to unforeseen and tragic consequences.
